COMPARISON
This is a 20% glycolic acid lotion, the texture is creamy. It is buffered to a pH level that makes it safe and comfortable as a leave-on product. We always recommend that every individual start by using this product only every other morning. If they tolerate it well (with very little to no irritation), after two weeks they can begin using it every morning. We only recommend using it more often than once a day for higher Fitzpatrick phototypes (darker skin types who can tolerate it). This product will speed the epidermal turnover process, thus enhancing results (exfoliating away existing spots more quickly). This product is designed for normal to oily and more tolerant skin types.

This is a 10% glycolic acid gel/serum. It comes out in a thin gel-like consistency, but spreads very easily and generously. A little bit goes a long way. It is also buffered to a pH level that makes it safe and comfortable as a leave-on product. This product can be used by all individuals morning and night. One of the best features of this product is that it also contains Decapeptide-12, or the Lumixyl peptide. At 2 fluid ounces, they are getting twice as much peptide as they do in 1 fluid ounce of the Lumixyl Topical Brightening Creme (they both have the same percentage of Decapeptide-12 in each formula). When used with the full Lumixyl Topical Brightening System, they are getting four doses of the peptide each day (the Creme and GlycoPeel 10, both morning and night). This will help speed the brightening process by increasing cellular turnover while delivering more peptide (exfoliating away existing spots and preventing the formation of new ones). This product is designed for normal to dry and more sensitive skin types.
