Civil Engineer

Chu Yu Yi is a 100% foreign invested company. Chu Yu Yi has provided more than 05 years of consultancy serivces in interior design, the supply of construction material in Vietnam such projects include the Phu My Hung residential lobby, clubhouse, also their sales center and also other showroom, office, dormitory, KTV rooms for big manufacturers across Vietnam.

JOB DESCRIPTIOn:

• Check and supervise project items. Provide technical assistance to the project.
• Supervise the contractors, subcontractors for construction works according to the specified details and specifications.
• Implement and to be mainly in charge of the design work including Structural calculation, Detail Design Drawing for steel structure, concrete structure, building and others related to Civil and Building works. Have Ability to read drawings related to architecture and construction.
• Prepare construction cost estimate
• Assist to organize/execute relevant technical works 
• Prepare and evaluate bidding documents, consultancy contracts, construction contracts, etc.
• Investigate and solve problems on the infrastructure/construction works
• Detail job description shall be discussed more detail in interview.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• At least 3 years of experience at similar position, in Interior construction work. Priority for candidates who have experience working in large projects such as shopping centers, mall, high-rise buildings, …
• Have knowledge and experience in various fields of engineering such as construction, electricity, mechanics, survey,…
• Ability to use advanced technical software
• Good in English (speaking, listening and writing). Candiates who can speak Chinese is preferable
