Cuong Quoc Phat Co., Ltd is a company with many years of experience operating in the field of producing wood pellets for domestic and export markets.

Wood pellets is a type of biofuel, it is derived entirely from nature or known as biomass materials such as shavings, sawdust, or from waste wood. In other words, they are produced purely from forestry by-products.

Production process:

After being collected, from factories, forest product processing factories, or forestry farms. Raw materials such as sawdust, wood chips or other woods that are no longer reusable for crafting purposes, etc. We will bring back and crush them into a medium size material under 6 mm . They are then processed through a specialized machine system with a high centrifugal speed process, combined with the heat radiated from the friction between the material and the engine so that they are bonded into small wood pellets and hard.

A compressed wood product for export, usually has the following basic technical standards:

• Diameter: 6mm; 8mm; 10mm
• Length: 10mm - 32mm
• Humidity: 10% max
• Ash level: 3% max
• Total calorific value: 4,300kcal/kg - 4,600kcal/kg
• Compression: 620kg/m3 - 700kg/m3
