Orthopedic trauma to the facial jaw is the specialty that undertakes surgery, shaping the common molars and facial areas; along with the treatment of facial fractures, orthopedic surgery to repair deformations, trauma to the jaw area due to traffic accidents, daily life and labor accidents. This specialization also includes orthodontic joint resurfacing in cases of joint adhesion, and research and incorporation of new micro-surgical techniques and implants.
