If you have paid for your order, but it is cancelled under these terms and conditions, you will be reimbursed as follows: (i) 100% of the payment if the order is cancelled due to our fault, or (ii) the payment minus costs and expenses that we have already paid before the order is cancelled if the order is cancelled due to your fault. We will initiate the reimbursement procedure within 5 business days, after both parties agree on the reimbursement amount, and in accordance with these terms and conditions.

 

The time it takes for you to receive the reimbursement will depend on the necessary processing time of your bank. We will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or costs incurred by you or any other persons as a result of the bank's delay in processing the reimbursement.

4. Policy on Shipping

 

Our products will be delivered door to door. On behalf of the customer, we will choose an appropriate shipping entity, which will be responsible for delivering the products and handling all necessary procedures and documentation, such as customs procedures, to ensure delivery to the address provided when placing the order.

 

The delivery time for addresses in Vietnam will be approximately 2 weeks, while addresses outside of Vietnam can expect delivery in around 4 weeks. Please note that these timeframes do not account for public holidays in Vietnam or the destination country. The delivery time may be longer if we need additional time to complete the products, if the delivery address is in an area that is not conducive to efficient goods delivery, or if there are changes to the import/export policies of the competent authorities, etc. We will notify the customer in a timely manner if there is a delay in delivery.

 

Please note that we cannot guarantee the delivery time or accept responsibility for any delays caused by factors beyond our control. That said, in the event that you do not receive the product within 60 days from the order date, you have the right to send us a notice to cancel the order and request a full refund of your payment for the cancelled order. However, this only applies if you have not yet received the products at the time the cancellation notice is sent. Additionally, if the product package arrives at your address after the cancellation notice is sent, you must return it with the seal unpeeled within 20 days from the receipt date. If this situation occurs, and unless there is a different agreement between both parties, we will proceed to cancel the order and refund your payment as if the cancellation was our fault. We will initiate the reimbursement procedure within 5 business days, after both parties agree on the reimbursement amount and the customer has sent us documents issued by the shipping entity proving that the package has been returned. We will cover all costs and expenses incurred for the refund and the return requested by the confirmed shipping entity mentioned above.

 

We will not be held responsible if you provide an incorrect delivery address. Any changes or revisions to the delivery address will only be accepted if you notify us before the products are dispatched for delivery. You agree to bear all costs, expenses, and liabilities associated with any changes or revisions to the delivery address after the product has been dispatched.

 

We will be responsible for delivering the tax invoice to the customer. Within 20 days from the date the order is placed, you may request an e-tax invoice by sending your specific requirements, the date of the related order, and any other necessary information to info@pinkbubbles.com.vn. If we do not receive your request for the invoice within those 20 days, it will be automatically issued with the shipping information provided at the time the order was placed. The e-invoice will only be issued once, in the month that the products are delivered and we receive full payment for the related order. It cannot be amended, unless it was wrongly issued due to our mistake.

 

5. Policy on Inspection and Return of Goods

 

We minimize the attachment of labels or tags to reduce waste. Because of this, we are unable to determine whether a product has been used or not. Unless stated otherwise in these terms and conditions, all products are considered final sale. You are not allowed to cancel your order or request a return or exchange, unless (i) the product delivered is different from what was ordered, or (ii) the product is delivered more than 60 days after the order date and you have already sent a notice to cancel your order.

 

Right after products are delivered, the customer should promptly inspect as to whether they were delivered in the correct quantity, good quality, and are identical to the sample picture, product code, size, color, and material, etc. Any complaints about the placed order and/or delivered product, if any, must be notified within 20 days from the delivery date at info@pinkbubbles.com.vn. Please note that the customer will need to film the moment when the product package is opened in order to verify if necessary. We will assist the customer in checking and resolving the order.

 

If we deliver a product different from what is stated in the order, you may decline to receive it or return it, and request us to redeliver or cancel the order. If you would like to return the product, please reach out to us at info@pinkbubbles.com.vn to receive information about the return method and address. In this case, the product must be returned within 20 days from the date you are informed of the return method and address, based on the receipt and return date confirmed by the shipping entity. We will not require the customer to pay for the order. We will also cover all shipping fees incurred for returning the product via the method and to the address provided by us.

 

If the order has been paid and the customer requests to cancel the order, we will proceed to refund the payment in accordance with these terms and conditions as if the cancellation was our fault. In particular, the customer will be refunded 100% of the payment for the order plus all shipping fees incurred for returning the product via the method and to the address provided by us. We will initiate the reimbursement procedure within 5 business days after both parties agree on the reimbursement amount and the customer has sent us documents issued by the shipping entity proving that the package has been returned. We will cover all costs and expenses incurred for the refund.

 

6. Policy on Warranty for Goods

 

Similar to other fashion retailers, our products are not covered by a warranty.

 

7. Obligations of Seller and Customers in Every Transaction
