FAQ

The information provided in this section is intended to address problems occurring in residential air conditioners. Although it is not possible to list all possible situations, most frequently asked questions will be answered.

To save time, we recommend that you refer to this page first.

  • The crystal filter helps to remove dirt, pollen, smoke and odors in the room, giving a cleaner and fresher atmosphere for a healthy life.
    Often used by customers who are sensitive to odors and dirt.

Air conditioning should be regularly maintained by a skilled technician so that the system can maintain optimum performance, cooling efficiency as well as maintain the life of the device. Therefore recommended quarterly maintenance (if used daily).

This is not an error of air conditioning.

Odor from furniture, cigarettes ... is sucked into the air by the indoor unit and then blown out during operation. (In this case, it is recommended to clean the indoor unit. For instructions on cleaning the machine, please consult the sales agent)

Stop powering the machine by unplugging the power plug or disconnecting the breaker and immediately notify the dealer.

If the indicator light is on, the system will work normally.
The system does not restart immediately because the system protection device works to prevent system overload. After 3 minutes the system will automatically work again.

Wait for one minute until the microchip system prepares for operation.

Please take the following check steps before contacting us:


Check if the breaker and fuse have been disconnected?
Is the plug plugged into the socket?
Has there been a previous power failure?
Does the remote control battery need to be replaced?
Is the timer set correctly?

  • Is the filter clean?
  • Does the outdoor unit / indoor unit have obstructions to the wind in and out?
  • Is the temperature set on the remote control correct?
  • Are windows or doors closed?
  • Are wind and wind flow adjusted properly?
  • Does the fan stop working?

Please take the following check steps before contacting us:

Is the filter clean? If not, clean the filter and restart it with the remote control.
Does the outdoor unit / indoor unit have obstructions to the wind in and out? If so, remove these obstructions and restart the machine with the remote control.
If the operation light on the indoor unit is still flashing, stop powering the system by unplugging the power plug or turning off the circuit breaker and notifying the dealer.
