- Load break switches are used for switching and segmenting outdoor distribution power grids, with a voltage level of 22(35)kV.
- The equipment is designed, manufactured, tested, and produced according to IEC 62271-103 standards, including SF6 gas-insulated (SF6 LBS) and epoxy-insulated (Eco LBS – Solid LBS) types.
- The circuit breaker housing (load break switch) is made of 3mm thick stainless steel, hermetically sealed using "Seal for Life" technology, ensuring a lifespan of up to 30 years under normal operating conditions, optimizing investment, operation, and maintenance costs.
- The equipment includes a digital integrated control cabinet, including functional modules: FRTU (measurement, alarm, protection, data communication, SCADA function); control power supply (switching/breaking), communication interface (Modem); Backup power source (2 x 12VDC-12AH batteries).
- The device is equipped with built-in current sensors, voltage sensors, 24VDC electrical actuators, analog-to-digital signal converters, etc., enabling remote control, data collection and transmission according to IEC 60870-5-101/104 or DNP3.0 (SCADA) standards, meeting the requirements for smart grid operation.
- The device is capable of automatically coordinating the switching on/off of sections in grids equipped with a Digital Automated Switching System (DAS).
