- The CCF (Ring Main Unit - RMU) is a combined switchgear integrating the functions of switching, disconnecting, and protecting one or more distribution transformers or power grids operating in a radial or open-loop configuration, with voltages up to 22kV.
- The switchgear is designed, tested, and manufactured according to IEC 62271-200 standards.
- The switchgear features a special design: the fuse compartment is stacked on top of two switchgear compartments, thus optimizing the switchgear's layout space.
+ Busbar and switching equipment compartment (Gas tank): The compartment casing is made of 3mm thick stainless steel, hermetically sealed using robotic welding technology ("Seal for Life"), ensuring a lifespan of up to 30 years under normal operating conditions;
+ Operating compartment: compartment for arranging operating mechanisms, fault indicators (FI), voltage indicators (VPI), operating diagrams, etc.
+ Cable compartment: Compartment for installing input/output cables of the electrical cabinet.
- The electrical cabinet is equipped with molded plastic (Epoxy) bearings, compatible with T-plug type cable connectors, ensuring safe and continuous operation in dusty industrial environments or coastal climates with high humidity and corrosion.
- A variety of additional accessories are available to meet the needs for upgrading control and operation, including: AC/DC electrical operating mechanisms; Fault indicator devices (FI), heating resistors, protective relays, current sensors (CT), remote control (RMU controller IEC 101-104),...
- Applications:
+ Power distribution systems of the Electricity Corporation
+ Power systems for infrastructure: airports, seaports, special economic zones, pumping stations,...
+ Power supply systems for residential projects, shopping centers,...
+ Power systems in industrial plants
+ Renewable energy systems (solar energy, wind energy,...)
