Sales of project land, residential land in April 2019 declined in Ho Chi Minh City but increased in Hanoi and many provinces in all three regions North - Central - South.
According to the market report in April 2019, in Hanoi, compared with March 2019, the amount of news posted in April increased in most types of real estate. Specifically, residential land has the strongest increase of 26%, mainly concentrated in districts such as Gia Lam, Dong Anh, Thach That and Quoc Oai. In particular, the project land has increased by 2%. Residential land, Dong Anh land continued to be the most sought after, followed by Long Bien, Ha Dong, Nam Tu Liem and Bac Tu Liem districts. This is said to be easy to understand when the land fund in the central area has become increasingly scarce, buyers gradually shift to suburban districts to seek opportunities.
Contrary to the Hanoi market, the news of project land and residential land in Ho Chi Minh City in April has decreased. This is also the general movement of most other types of real estate with a decrease in the range of 4-17%. The strongest reduction is the type of project land, especially in districts 2, 9, Thu Duc and Cu Chi. Residential land type also has a decrease of 4%. According to Mr. Nguyen Quoc Anh, Deputy General Director of Batdongsan.com.vn, a low supply at the beginning of the year is the main reason for the decrease in new listings at most types of real estate sold in Ho Chi Minh City.
Regarding the level of interest, land, residential land in District 9 was most searched, followed by districts 12, Binh Chanh, Thu Duc and Cu Chi.
