Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2017

Dated 10.06.2017, Tay Ho Investment and Construction JSC held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2017 at Tay Ho Office Building.

The year 2016 is evaluated as one of the most successful years in implementing, completing the system of quality management process of construction. Quality management and control has gradually turned into the employees’habits during their work. Investment in construction machinery and equipment; office at work site, accommodation for workers; putting the process of occupational safety control into operation; all these efforts show the continuous rise in the construction organization of the company.

The staff is well organized, which motivates the contribution to the success of the company. The image and brand of Tay Ho has increased significantly, especially in the Binh Duong market and the military. In 2017, the company is carrying out certification of Iso system in accordance with ISO 9001 – 2015 standard by Bureau Veritas International Certification.

However, due to many difficulties from the budgetary capital has affected the construction. Besides,  major real estate projects of the Company have not reached the exploitation period leading to the influence of the targets in 2016.

The meeting was successful, the shareholders agreed with the assessment of the BOD and the Board of Management  about the results of 2016 and the plans and measures for fiscal year 2017.
