Topping out ceremony of Compass One apartment project

BINH DUONG- On October 23rd,2019, at 239 Hoang Van Thu, Chanh Nghia Ward, Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong Province, the topping out ceremony of Compass One apartment project was organized by its investor-Tay Ho Construction Investment Joint Stock Company (Tay Ho JSC.).

After more than a year of construction, Compass One has been topped out 02 months ahead of schedule, and entered the internal finishing stage. With the strict assurance of the quality and schedule committed to customers, the investor, general contractors, supervising consultants, and suppliers has continuously put a lot of effort to bring quality real estate products to the market.

Launched in July 2018, Compass One with 400 apartments was fully sold on the opening day. Moreover, foreigners buyers bought 90% of the state-allowed products for foreigners to purchase. Strategically located in Chanh Nghia ward – downtown of Thu Dau Mot city, directly connected to Highway 13, the project benefits from arterial traffic moving to neighboring cities, approaching Tan Son Nhat Airport and Ho Chi Minh City in just 45 minutes.

After the topping out event, Tay Ho JSC. will speed up their finishing and landscaping works to hand-over the project as scheduled as commitment to their customers in quarter IV/2020.
