With a career journey closely associated with years of service in the military, GENTLEMEN Nguyen Van The has cultivated strong resilience and a high sense of responsibility. His extensive experience and strategic vision have greatly contributed to the company's success. With a wide network of relationships built from the early days, it further solidifies his position in the business community.

• Mr. Duong Manh Thuong: Founder and Chief Executive Officer.

With 15 years of experience in the finance and banking industry, he has demonstrated excellent leadership skills and strategic thinking. Graduating in Finance from RMIT, Melbourne and currently pursuing a Master's in Business Administration, he possesses a solid knowledge foundation. Specialized certifications in CFO and real estate further affirm his diverse capabilities, enabling him to make sound and effective financial decisions.

• Mr. Nguyen Mai Xuân Thuy: Founder and Project Director.

As a top expert with 10 years of experience in the field of construction, managing Solar Energy projects, he has participated in the successful development and implementation of numerous large-scale renewable energy projects from design to operation. With extensive knowledge and rich experience in project management, he not only ensures the quality and progress of the construction, but also optimizes the economic and environmental efficiency of the projects.
