Process consulting

1. Receipt of medical records:

• Patients or their family members can go directly to the Free Consultation Clinic to see a counselor or make a phone call or email. Our counselors will record all medical records and information related to the patient's medical history and treatment. After that, all patient records will be sent to the appropriate specialist.

2. After reviewing the record, the specialist will provide initial counseling including:

• Tests to be performed (if necessary).
• Treatment direction.
• Expected time to stay for treatment.
• Expected cost for treatment
• And other information.
• After receiving a response from the doctor, our staff will transfer all the information to the patient. Patient information and medical records are always guaranteed. If there is a problem that is not clearly understood in the doctor's reply, we will assist the patient to ask more clearly with the doctor.

3. The entire process of providing the information above is completely FREE of charge. Based on the information received, whether or not treatment is available is the decision of the patient or family member.
