Sales policy

Sales policy at Phat Loc Bonsai:

Normally, you will receive the goods at our barn at Thanh Thoi Hamlet, Vinh Huu Commune, Go Cong Tay District, Tien Giang Province.

If you wish to have your tree delivered to another location, we will charge an additional shipping cost on a basis that is reasonable and in your best interest.

Step 1: Send your request to buy ornamental plants or call Hotlines / Zalo: 0366 997 777 - 0969 692 567 for advice.

Step 2: The two sides agree on the number of trees, quality specifications, prices, payment methods and tree delivery.

Step 3: Please fill in your purchase information on the Order Form and send it to Lochuu1210@gmail.com

Step 4: We will check the Order Form and provide additional information (if necessary).

Step 5: The two parties confirm to agree with the content on the Order Form. Based on the Order Form, we will execute the order as required. Please note: depending on your wishes, both parties can sign a Sales Contract

Step 6: You make a deposit as agreed in the Voucher or Purchase Contract.

Step 7: We will proceed to make the goods according to the agreement above.

Step 8: You receive the goods, sign for confirmation on the delivery note and transfer the rest of the money.
