PROGRAM
Construction of 25 rental units and 45 units for ownership, spread over two lots.
Creating a car park in the basement of each building, shared with a neighboring equipment.
Individualized cellars are created ground floor.
This operation has been selected for the Awards for Young Planners.

FEATURES
Each building develops its own typology. This 25-unit is built in high performance concrete (HPC) stamped in white limestone aspect of Vercors.
Large windows offer panoramic views of the mountains. The ground floor combines a local business on two levels, and individual wineries.
The island heart is valued by the creation of a common garden.
