PROGRAM
Rehabilitation and extension of an existing building in HCMC in the center of the historical city (near the colonial main cathedral and post office). 
The building currently houses offices.
Floors of the extension are on dual levels.
The top floor is a restaurant-bar, the first floors are occupied by shops.
Wedding halls are on the the same floors with the hotel.

FEATURES
Creating a place to hold events, festival and seminars with conference rooms and wedding halls (300 seats) and related services.
The extension project is strongly constrained by a maximum height (due to closeness to the City Hall). 
The site is in a protected historic area of Saigon.
