PROGRAM
A music and dance school with two soundproof music studios and an 80-seat auditorium.

FEATURES
The façade features two sharply contrasting elements: matte black mineral bricks and gold metal panels.
The panels wrap around the building and neatly disguise the windows, giving students a sense of privacy while letting in natural light.
Music studios are spread across two floors, and many of the dance studios open onto a green terrace.
