New urban development and construction of Thu Thiem in Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam).
New district for 200 000 inhabitants.
Regeneration of the Mekong river banks.
Creation of many publics spaces : offices, car parking, train station...
New pedestrian bridge over the Saigon River (350 meters). 
Regulation of water with dikes (salinity of the river from the sea due to climate change).

FEATURES
The project makes a connection to the region’s Cham glorious past through the ground surface treatment.
Thu Thiem peninsula establishes a meeting point between water and land.
It is a park with tree shades as an attractive and representative city center for the 21st century.
The vegetation from the Mekong delta and the system of water and wind give the plaza a sense of an sustainable public space.
