SMART ELECTRICAL AND BMS

V-Ikon Tower is managed, monitored and controlled by BMS automated system (Building Management System). BMS is an automation technology, a combination of technologies including mechanical, electrical, electronic, computer and communication.

AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM

The building is equipped with 2 central air conditioners Mc way Daikin, that is imported directly from the US. This is the central air conditioner with the latest technology that is applied in Vietnam. In the office areas, there are FCU (Fan Coil Unit) that is distributed cold air evenly to areas and are controlled by the BMS (Building Management System) to guaranteed 24/7 for whole building.

VENTILATION SYSTEM

The ventilation system which is applied for building, is the intelligent system. This is equipped with the latest taste sensors technology IAQ (Indoor air quality), which can touch 25 different flavors, including CO₂, to provide fresh air into the work space and to sucked out the waste air, to ensuring a fresh and comfortable working space

Backup power

The power supply for the building is backed up by a 100% power generator of the whold building at full load, and the ATS (Auto Transfer System) will convert the power within 5 seconds. The building is considered to never power out. Lighting system, public areas, corridors and halls is controlled by BMS

5 modern elevators equipment in 2.5 m/s and operate in stably

Parking garage

4 large parking basements are provided enough for the whole office department

Internet

Communication system including wired telephone, internet and television, this system is designed with fiber optic axis running throughout the height of building, to ensure good transmission, broadband, response all need of customer. Each floor has a broadcast to server mobile phone.

Security

Security camera is equipped in public halls, floor halls, basements, terraces, and locations at risk of intrusion. Camera is equipped for the building, that is a type of IP camera with small features, requiring less cable. These cameras are independently controlled by a separate server and is connected to the BMS to monitor the operation of the system.

Fire Fighting

Fire-fighting system is wet syste. The water pressure is always available in the pipeline. Itis supplied by the electric pump and the backup diesel pump. The automatic fire sprinkler head is equipped whole the building. Each floor is also equipped with 2 professional fire hose rolls (for firefighters) and 2 semi-professional hose rolls (anyone can use it for local fire fighting). Besides them, there are also dry powder fire extinguishers and CO2 foam which are arranged at the convenience place that everyone can be used.
