When practicing Yoga, the three skills are trained: patience, stamina, and concentration. Yoga will help your child develop physically, mentally and emotionally. Considered a great way to reduce stress and balance energy after intense and stressful lessons. Yoga equips them to adapt to external pressures, increase concentration and keep calm, which will help them to form and develop strength from within, keeping their spirits stable determined. Yoga movements also help me to exercise flexibility and support muscle growth, enhance circulation and improve breathing.
