A delicious donut recipe for beginners

Donut is a favorite cake of many people all over the world. These are interesting colorful cakes with cute circles and many different flavors. Donut is eaten as a sweet dish, but then the creators' creativity has varied with various products, including salty.

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 500g flour
  • 201 ml fresh milk
  • 100g sugar
  • 20g milk powder
  • 7g yeast
  • 3g salf
  • 1 egg
  • 35g butter
  • Cooking oil

How to make donut?

- Steamed fresh milk for warmth (about 40ᵒC)

- Put flour, fresh milk, milk powder, sugar, salt in a bowl and knead well until the dough becomes smooth and chewy, stop.

- Dissolve the yeast in warm water. For 10 minutes until the yeast glaze like crab bricks, add butter, eggs and stir.

- Pour the baking soda mixture into the flour bowl, knead until it is smooth and smooth

- Then covered with a damp cloth on a flour bowl, incubate in an airtight, warm place for about 1 hour (when the dough doubled)

- After incubating enough time, let the dough collapse and roll the dough to about 1 - 1.2cm. Then divide the dough into small cubes with an egg and shape into a donut until all the ingredients are gone.

- Let the dough rest for about 15 minutes then start frying

- Pour the cooking oil into a pan and bring to the boil (pour the oil into the cake), when the oil is old, then drop the bread into the fry on medium heat. When the cake floats, start to well, so that it can be swelled evenly. Fry until golden brown cake is satisfactory

- When the bread is gone, remove the donut, place it on a rack or oiled paper to drain oil

- At this time, you can dip donut into chocolate, donut dusting, chocolate rainbow sprinkles, jam,... whatever you like.
