Key Responsibilities:
Establish, maintain, and optimize the company-wide cost control system, including production, purchasing, administrative, and indirect costs.
Regularly analyze actual costs, compare them with the approved budget, and provide early warnings in case of potential overspending.
Propose and implement cost-saving and cost-cutting initiatives without compromising operational efficiency.
Guide and supervise departments in complying with spending regulations, budget limits, and payment documentation procedures.
Manage and allocate budgets by department, and monitor budget usage and effectiveness periodically.
Develop mid- and long-term financial plans, and prepare financial reports, cash flow statements, and management reports.
Work with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and financial partners.
Coach and train the finance–accounting team on cost control mindset and financial transparency.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience as Chief Accountant, with minimum 3 years in cost control leadership or supervisory roles.
Strong skills in financial analysis, cost efficiency assessment, budgeting, and budget control.
Proven experience in implementing internal control systems and effective cost control procedures.
Independent working style, good communication skills, and data-driven decision-making ability.
Honest, detail-oriented, proactive in identifying problems and proposing improvements.
Preference for candidates with experience in manufacturing companies, FDI firms, or those who have built systems from scratch.
