Receive samples and inspect patterns, fusible interlining, lining, trims, and accessories to ensure they match the technical specifications.
Perform fusing, marking, and pressing of required parts; check fabric issues such as stains, holes, or weaving defects during the fusing process.
Sew the sample step by step, carefully checking each step to detect and fix errors before proceeding.
Carefully inspect parts during assembly to detect early issues such as color mismatches, shine marks, or fabric defects.
Perform special operations (eyelet, bartack, buttonhole) as needed and assemble the final product; recheck patterns if any mistakes are found.
Report any errors and propose solutions to the Team Leader or QC when problems occur during sewing.
Experience in sewing samples for garment products is required. Priority given to those skilled in trousers, vests, blazers, etc.
Willing to train sample sewing workers – required only to have strong sewing skills and good technique.
