Policy to change - return goods

In order to ensure consumers' rights, improve the quality of after-sales service, we will assist you to change new products of the same type if the product has trouble cannot be solved immediately (due to technical error of producer). The product will only be exchanged when the following conditions are met.

1. APPLICATION CONDITIONS:
Products are only exchanged within 7 days of delivery
Products can only be exchanged right after customers check incorrect information on the type of products they buy, products are distorted, old ....
The product does not meet the basic standards announced.
The product must remain intact with the seal of the Company or the manufacturer.
The product is determined to be technically defective by the Company's Technician or the manufacturer.
Products received must remain intact shells, foam and full of accessories attached, promotional gifts (if any) ...
Products received without error form (scratched, broken, distorted, yellowed, ...)
When receiving products, they must have all the attached documents such as (purchase vouchers, VAT invoices if available, warranty cards, guidebooks, catalogs ...).
2. CASE CANNOT CHANGE PAYMENT
You want to change categories and designs.
You do not want to continue using it because of your personal opinion without the technical error of the product.
Affected (disassembled, repaired, etc.) by another party other than the Company's technical staff or the manufacturer.
You operate improperly according to the instructions to damage the product.
You do not comply with the requirements required to receive the warranty (for example, do not send the warranty card to the correct place within the specified time).
You self-affect the external situation of products such as packaging tear, scratches, scratches, broken ...
The product has been checked and signed by the customer for confirmation of receipt.
Do not change returns in objective cases like natural disasters, floods, fires .... affecting products when customers receive goods.
3.  PROCEDURES AND PROCEDURES FOR PAYMENT

When you request to return the goods, please contact directly with the Call Center of the Company 0901 88 66 79 or through an authorized distribution agent on the item that you want to change.
The process of handling exchange or return procedures is carried out within 7 (seven) working days from the date of receipt of all required information and documents from the customer.
