1. Warranty period
- All Lacasa products distributed by the Agent system will be covered by the warranty period specified in the warranty card.
- The product warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase recorded based on the warranty card or warranty stamp.
2. Warranty conditions:
- Product must have a purchase invoice
- Products still in the warranty period
- Warranty card with full information: model, serial number, date of manufacture, customer name, phone number, address, date of purchase ....
- Warranty stamp must be intact, not torn off or erased.
- Damage due to component quality or manufacturing process error.
- The product is not in the case of a warranty decline.
3. Conditions denying warranty
- Products without stamps, warranty card in the first warranty
- Products are damaged by natural disasters, fires, floods, lightning, rust. ...
- The product is damaged due to misuse of the specified voltage
- Customers cause defects such as deformation, broken, scratched ...
- Products that are installed, maintained, or improperly used according to the instruction manual cause damage.
- The product is changed or repaired by a non-Lacasa technician or a dealer authorized by Lacasa.
- Products are not genuine LACASA or LACASA agent system
- Product warranty expires.
4. Out-of-warranty repair service
- When the product expires warranty, or damage caused by careless users, Lacasa and its Agents are responsible for serving and repairing the product. Customers will pay all costs incurred for repairs for replacement parts, wages and other costs (if any).
