Earlier, on the night of July 16, when typhoon No. 2 hit the shore, the Nghe An port authority received a telegraph in the anchorage waiting for a port near Ngu Island.

However, due to the time of the accident in the evening, the weather is complicated: heavy rain, gusts, waves so the rescue force can not take the ship to rescue. Since then, functional forces have not received any signals from the VTP 26.

Also on the morning of July 17th, Colonel Ho Minh Thang, Police Chief of Cau Lo Beach confirmed, missing time, coal boat has 12 crew members and 1 passenger.

Currently, the port authorities are coordinating with the Border Guard (Border Guard) and navy search and rescue.
