Sublimate with delicious dishes from pangasius

On the evening of December 17, at Vo Nguyen Giap Square (Hong Ngu City) a contest on preparing dishes from pangasius took place. This is an event in the series of activities of Vietnam's first Pangasius Festival organized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in collaboration with Dong Thap Provincial People's Committee for 2 days December 16 - 17.

With the theme "Sublimation with delicious dishes from pangasius", the contest attracted 28 teams from pangasius production and processing enterprises and high schools in the city. Hong Ngu.
